1912 Bungalow

Besides wanting more storage space without expanding the square footage, the client had a very specific aesthetic vision. Entering this 6-foot wide space, she wanted to feel as if she were stepping onto a beach. To conjure that outside feeling, we followed a zen inspiration. Countertops step down to adjoin the tub deck, all of matching limestone. A sinuous vessel sink emphasizes the waterfall flow of the countertops, while bamboo strip flooring evokes an Asian bathhouse.
