Ranch Revival Exterior
Our clients hired us to add character to this mid-1970’s ranch-style home, create a more unified look, and improve traffic flow.
We reconfigured the front entry to create balance in the front façade, created a window modular size that worked within the existing interior spaces while unifying the existing hodge-podge of exterior door and window sizes, styles and materials.
The clients found little use for their back deck. In turn, we removed the deck opening up the woodland view, and allowing natural light to flood the daylight basement. We built a custom shade trellis to create architectural interest while serving as a window washing platform.
The new renovation and color palette reintroduce this home as an inviting residence that accommodates the homeowner’s style and taste.
