1904 Emil Schacht House

These clients researched the history of their remodeled Arts and Crafts home listed on the National Register of Historic Houses and hired us to restore its original details, finishes and feel. In recreating the home’s original character, we used techniques and materials common to a bygone era but rarely used today. The rooms now feel perfectly preserved rather than rehabilitated, which is the goal of any well-executed historic renovation. Featured in American Bungalow Magazine.
