Project Manager 

We currently have a great opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team! As a Project Manager, you will:

Provide daily and week-to-week management of three to five residential remodels at a time. Anticipate labor and material needs and coordinate scheduling with Production Manager. Safeguard client satisfaction and maintain open lines of communication to ensure jobs fall within timeline, budget, and expectation. You should be a great communicator, efficient, and self-starting.

Manage trade contractors and employees. Maintain company best building practices, provide quality control and safety assurance on each jobsite. You should be flexible, reliable, detail-oriented and eager to work for a team-focused group.


  • Provide on-site project management and supervision to 3-5 jobs at a time.
  • Maintain daily contact and supervise carpenters and trade contractors.
  • Ensure that best construction practices, quality and company standards are being met or exceeded.
  • Study budget and production schedules. Estimate work hour requirements for completion of job assignment.
  • Ensure jobsite safety and enforce jobsite rules.
  • Communicate clearly with design department throughout each job.
  • Work with other employees and subcontractors as a team.
  • Verify that inspections of all phases of work including final inspection are complete.
  • Supervise and coordinate the performance of all subcontractors.
  • Order all specialty materials, including doors and windows, for each job in time to ensure installation according to schedule.
  • Maintain contact with clients to monitor satisfaction and head-off potential complaints.
  • Write and release all change orders to homeowners before work is started.
  • Approve payment of sub-contractors to Production Manager when all work is complete.
  • Maintain real time schedule of projects in BuilderTrend. Notify office and client of schedule changes.

  • Hands-on experience with residential remodeling
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Lead Designer

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Designer to join our company! As a tight knit design team, we work together to design, guide, and execute our client’s vision for their home. Our ideal candidate will love older homes and appreciate the craftsmanship and attention-to-detail it takes to make these homes last another 100+ years.


  • Sales – assist with new client lead meetings, educate new clients on our process, and set appropriate expectations.
  • Concept Design – develop space planning solutions for client pain points, formulate concept drawings and target budget.
  • Design Development – revise and finalize space plan, write initial scope of work, develop drawing sets for walk through, contract, and permits.
  • Production – work with construction team to update drawing sets as needed per layouts, change orders, etc.


  • Plans, organizes, schedules, and budgets in an efficient, productive manner.
  • Clearly communicates key information to clients, production team, and trade partners.
  • Does not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
  • Acts without being told what to do.
  • Exhibits passion and excitement for work.


  • Design Degree (Architectural or Interior) or Certified NKBA Designer
  • 5+ years experience in field
  • BIM program experience, preferably Chief Architect
  • Buildertrend knowledge a plus
  • Understanding of construction and general residential structures required
  • Passion for older homes, and maintaining/restoring character in the Portland, OR area

Lead Carpenter

We are currently looking for a residential carpenter to join our team!

Candidate must have expertise in all aspects of carpentry, from rough through finish.

We earn our reputation every day, and the qualified candidate must demonstrate an exemplary work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and respect for others. Dependability and ability to work as a team member, as well as independently, are essential.

Additional Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in residential remodeling
Valid Oregon driver’s license
Own vehicle and tools
