1940 Basement Refresh

This family wanted to better utilize the basement of their 1940 home. Our remodel included adding a full bath with a shower, finishing the family room for more hang out and play space, as well as finishing an office and laundry space. The existing storage space was maintained but now better hidden behind the new bathroom. An egress window was added for safety as well as additional light. The end result is a clean, bright, and functional basement with plenty of space to spread out.
