1913 Laurelhurst Charmer

The owners of this 1913 home wanted the exterior to match the stunning details of the interior and vibrant personalities of their family. A prior 1950s remodel left the exterior devoid of detail and iconic Craftsman style. Problems extended beyond the aesthetic at the second-floor balcony where water damage was prominent. The end result of this project made it a true neighborhood showstopper. Our remodel included removing the existing metal cladding and restoring the original bevel cedar siding, extending the roof overhangs, building new rafter tails, adding all new exterior detailing, building new dormers, and restoring columns, corbels and beam details at front porch.
