1924 SE Basement Renovation

This 1924 basement space was begging to be finished and incorporated into the rest of the home. Our remodel included finishing a family room, storage and utility spaces, laundry room, as well as full bath with shower. The homeowner wanted to stay true to the age of the home, so beautiful black and white hex tile with a fun pattern finished out the bath, creating an elegant and timeless space. It’s hard to tell this space is even a basement! The efficient new layout achieved the homeowners goals for the space and created a wonderful new space to enjoy.
