1950 Laurelhurst Rambler Basement
The owners of this well-preserved 1950 home were eager to make it their own after moving in to raise their family. They wanted to honor the home’s mid-century character while updating it for modern living. Our design refreshed the interiors with thoughtful, era-appropriate details and select layout changes that improved function and flow. The basement remodel included a reimagining of the stone fireplace wall, a new mid century inspired dry bar, and a gym and sauna space.
